Agreement
By accessing or using pressuretested.co, app.pressuretested.co, or any associated tools and services (collectively, "Pressure Tested"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
Pressure Tested provides a YouTube channel diagnostic tool that scores channels based on publicly available and user-provided analytics data. The service includes a Signal Score diagnostic, the Signal Challenge quiz, a public leaderboard, and related content and tools. The service is operated by David Swann.
Accounts and Access
Some features require you to provide an email address or connect your YouTube account via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may revoke YouTube access at any time through your Google Security Settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes attempting to access data belonging to other users, submitting false information to the leaderboard, interfering with the operation of the service, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
Diagnostic Results
The Signal Score and associated diagnostic output are generated from the data you provide. They are intended as informational tools to help you understand your YouTube channel performance. Pressure Tested does not guarantee specific outcomes, channel growth, revenue, or subscriber increases based on diagnostic results or recommendations.
The diagnostic is an instrument — it measures and reports. What you do with the information is your decision and your responsibility.
Coaching Services
Diagnostic coaching calls are optional paid services. Coaching calls provide interpretation of your diagnostic data and suggested actions. They do not constitute a guarantee of results. No refunds are provided for completed coaching sessions.
White-Label Licensing
White-label licensing of the diagnostic tool is available to qualified coaches and organizations under separate agreement. Terms, pricing, and usage rights for white-label deployments are governed by the specific licensing agreement between the parties.
Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, and methodology associated with Pressure Tested — including the Signal Score framework, the diagnostic tool, the Signal Challenge quiz, and all website content — are the intellectual property of David Swann and Pressure Tested. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
YouTube API Services
Features that connect to your YouTube account use YouTube API Services. Your use of these features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Pressure Tested requests read-only access and does not modify your YouTube account in any way.
Limitation of Liability
Pressure Tested is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. David Swann and Pressure Tested are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or channel performance changes. The maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
